I bought "Every Young Mans Battle" yesterday for my brother. I was trying to screen read it before giving it to my bro but he couldn't wait to read it so he is reading it now as i type- as far as i know it is a good book and recommend it (although i havent finished reading it yet) it has won an excellence award for evangelism also. i was actually trying to find "every mans battle" (since everyone has been raving on about that to me) but i stumbled across the Young one instead. Thanks, God!
So before my brother read it i was telling him about Josh whatshisnames book "I kissed dating Goodbye". just in case anyone is interested i summed it up like this because my brother was talking about "can i have a girlfriend?" so i said:
In Gods eyes we are already married to our future partner. that is, you should be faithful to your future wife/husband even now before you marry them. Adultery by Gods Law and even our judicial law in australia is kissing and stuff someone you're not married to. then i used the example of Pastor JOhn Chi whose wife had never kissed a man until her wedding day "you may now kiss the bride", how that is a really good example of a truly godly woman (and godly man too). so in the christian life it pretty much leaves it from friendship, to is-marriage-a-possibility-friendship, to getting married. that actually works quite well- there are heaps of people who have just suddenly decided to get married who've treated each other as brotherly-sisterly friends the whole way. (aHEM KCPC where people get married seriously SUDDENLY, no warning or preword or anything) then, a Question. Brother: what about if you are engaged, and you are going to get married to them? is everything okay then? to which i replied: but you arent married even then. if God suddenly kills off your fiancee, does it then mean you were supposed to be married? Marriage by Gods standards is the green light, and nothing else. Don;t be fooled by others! You are only justified by Gods Law.. everything else fails.
its a very high standard, Gods law/Christianity. everyone falls short of it in someway or another. I feel sorry for the girl who comes seeking after my brother who doesn't cut it to me or my sisters standards!! ho ho ho. of course though i will be very loving and gentle. (when i reject her and turn her away from trying to depurify my brother).

Do you know what? I actually miss that churchvsstephanie.org website. yea, it has seemingly shut down and removed its presence from the www. it was quite a terrible read but still, a point of view.. i wonder why it shut down? (+'_'+)
