There is nothing quite like the feeling of completing an assigment. It was my mums tafe essay.. while i am very against doing my mums assignments and encouraging people to shirk their responsibility there are just some things you can't escape. i had to compile a kit whereby a vendor (my mum studies real estate) would look at the kit which is all about how the real estate office would promote your property in different ways to maximise potential buyers and hence property value. by the end of it, you are supposed to have swayed the vendor into choosing you as their agent.
i must admit i was severly tempted to scribble on the whole thing "real estate agents are money-plucking middlemen who jack up the price of putting your house in the paper by about 800~1500% all for the sake of listing your property under a franchised name so DON;T BE FOOLED!" ..... but of course i didnt. did you know some people pay more than 12,000 dollers for a marketing campaign to sell their house? that is so much money. I am sure the true man-hours into the campaign only take a day or two to compile.
anyway my sis is telling me to go to bed (she can;t sleep with the light on or me typing) so i'll write more later.
